Snapforce includes features ranging from all ends of the crm spectrum e.g. Sales Automation, Customer Service, Marketing Automation, Marketing Management, Reports and Analytics, Call Center, Inbox Management. Some of the more advanced features that you will not see at other CRM's include Snapforce Mailbox which is an outlook style email client built into your CRM which automatically syncs your emails with your clients, another feature is the Telephony Module or Virtual PBX Phone System that you can configure your Snapforce account to include.

Snapforce was the first CRM company to incorporate Voice over ip telephone technology into a CRM solution. Many call centers still use Snapforce for telephony services, autodialing, and predictive dialing campaigns. The interesting part about this wide ranging feature set is that all communication channels are natively integrated with Snapforce, so all customer conversations automatically sync with the right record. This is a powerful set of functions that many competing CRM's mention on their websites as doing, but I can tell you from our research that Snapforce is the first we've come across that is actually doing this.

Pricing for Snapforce CRM is on the low end of the CRM software market. To start using Snapforce their Starter Edition is priced at $12.00 per user per month (monthly billing) or $10.00 per user per month (annual billing). Snapforce can cost as high as $79.00 per user per month for their Ultimate Edition.
