Pipedrive CRM is a sales management app geared toward the individual salesman and small sales teams. Pipedrive's feature set includes client and deal management, pipeline forecasting, activity tracking, and integrations with Google apps.
Pipedrive's key concept is simplicity according to their website they try to build their CRM product as simple and basic as possible. The reason for that is because when a product is simple it's much easier for their users to adopt successfully.
Pipedrive for being a newer product is built well you can tell when using it they must have experienced engineers on their team. It is also important to note that Pipedrive is not like your full-featured CRM software products, it is a very specifically purposed application geared specifically to Sales Management. If you need a CRM for multiple departments this is not an ideal choice, and you would be much better off choosing a broad based CRM product such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Snapforce CRM.
Pipedrive being a basic system comes with basic pricing options able to get started for as low as $12 per month per user or if paid annually $10 per month per user. They also offer a few higher-priced packages that provide additional features. Our recommendation would be a start with the low priced package and only if you need some of the features in their higher packages then upgrade accordingly.
One other thing I noticed when trying Pipedrive was that I could not use email unless I upgraded to their higher package. I went ahead and paid the additional money, and setup my gmail easily, when I tried to use my company email instead of my personal gmail account I was not able to. Their system works with Gmail, but doesn't work with exchange servers. I imagine this is a problem for most large businesses.
