Nimble has some nice marketing based features, but mostly what seperates them from competitors are the tight integrations they have built with many of the widely used social media platforms. You can easily manage the interactions with your customers and automate responses on Facebook, and Twitter, etc.

Some of the features that come with Nimble are Marketing Automation, basic sales tools, activity tracking, contact management, google integrations, and social integrations. Nimble lacks reporting tools, they do have basic reporting, but it is hard to access data points that would otherwise be simple with a traditional crm solution.
