Pipeliner CRM is a sales tool that is designed for sales teams. With a focus on visualization and not traditional database look and feel. Your sales people may feel this product is convenient to get used to, as their is not much for the sales person to do, with the exception of logging activity. The tool also has many options for the sales manager, to help their salespeople along the closing process.
There are not any "eye-popping" features, it is much of the normal CRM functionality e.g. accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, activity tracking, etc. Pipeliner is a newer product, and according to their website some of the recent reporting features that have been released are functions you'd expect all CRM Software's to include.
Pricing starts at the low side of $25 per user per month, and goes upwards to $125 per user per month.
If you are a sales manager or small sales team and needs basic CRM that can be rolled out quickly, Pipeliner may work for you. If you need to manage the customer after selling them, this product is not the best choice and we do not recommend it.
