Act! is an on-premise crm software solution, one of the original customer relationship management systems to go to market. Act! is used for customer management, opportunity management, and activity tracking. Pricing is somewhat simple, you can get started for a flat rate of $25.00 per month per user (billed annually).

During our research for this review, we tried Act! and a big downside of this software is the limited data management features. After trying Act! I attempted to export our data and was unable to export our activity and notes. We were able to export our accounts, contacts, and opportunities, but not activities. Which I can tell you is a feature that every customer relationship management software should include.

We do not recommend this product due to the fact that there are many better options even for on-premise software that are available.
