Daylite

Daylite from Marketcircle, Inc. is designed to improve productivity and efficiency by allowing users to manage the many aspects of their business from a single application. It prioritizes projects and opportunities to provide greater visibility over short and long-term goals of the company, then organizes and connects these objectives to the things people do each day like: managing contacts, notes, emails, task lists, and schedules.

Daylite is an installed application made for the Mac; this means better integration with OS applications like Mail, Contacts, & Calendars; syncing with apps on iPhones and iPads; and, with offline capability, users can work remotely with or without internet access.

Integration with Mail allows emails to be saved as history as well as being converted into actionable items like tasks and appointments directly from the email window. History is catalogued for each record and displayed as a timeline of interactions that also include, calls, appointments, tasks and notes. These interactions are linked together for richer context.

We really like that both projects and sales opportunities can be managed within Daylite. It tracks potential sales so that management has a better view what’s moving through the sales pipeline, in addition to progress on projects by milestone, and tasks for each of the users involved. Automated reminders prevent important follow-ups from slipping through the cracks.
