New data can be collected via a Web form builder, which can be used to create fully customized forms. Pre-created templates are also available. Once a lead is generated, ONTRAPORT routes the lead to the correct member of the sales team, leaving space for follow-up instructions and more lead-specific information.

Users can also access and edit contact records from both iPhone and Android devices. ONTRAPORT includes a customizable dashboard with a drag and drop interface, and businesses can set permission levels so users have access to the areas of the system most relevant to their roles. Finally, ONTRAPORT offers phone and email support along with concierge services for businesses that want additional assistance with set-up and implementation.
